Today's release is a few hours behind schedule. This is for no reason  other than the fact that my body demanded  rest at an inopportune time. 

I'll aim for 10 pm central time at the latest, but I anticipate that it will be later in the evening - there were a few of you who took advantage of the pre-order (thanks!) so my apologies at the tardiness. These things happen sometimes! My intended time was 3 PM (about an hour and a half ago).
